· Maria Holaus (AUT) and Christian Deville (ITA) also agree to keep racing for the double-V

It is one of the last great adventures and it all kicked off last week: Arctic Summits Expedition! Georg Csak and Dominik Rind aim to be the first expedition to conquer and then ski down the four highest mountains in Greenland. A job for the cross-country ski model Völkl MOUNTAIN.

Early April made dreams come true for many talented youths: 3 days of pure action at the grand finale of the Ski Kids Cup, now in its tenth year of support from Marker Völkl Austria. Rigorous training with ÖSV coaches, interesting lectures, Q&A sessions with World Cup stars–and naturally the exciting final race.

Mount Everest on skis, alone, without oxygen, and carrying all his own stuff – that’s the ambitious target Stephan Keck has set himself. The Austrian extreme mountain climber has just tackled the first stage of his spectacular expedition. In his attempt to reach the highest summit he is putting his trust in highest quality and is therefore using Völkl.
