Mina Fürst Holtmann accelerates and wins her first World Cup podium

Already in the first races of the season, the Norwegian showed that she is quite able to compete in the front row of the World Cup circuit.

The young athlete finished 4th in Sölden. On the following occasions she also drove solidly into the top 20 and in Killington into the top 10. But in the end it was never enough for the podium. In Courchevel the time had finally come and Holtmann climbed onto the podium to place second. Before that, an exciting thriller had preceded it! The young Norwegian made a brilliant start and led the field after the first round. She kept her nerve even in the second round. She was separated from the leading Federica Brignone by just 0.04 seconds! Mina Fürst Holtmann was all smiles at the award ceremony that followed!

Alice Robinson, who just turned 18 two weeks before, missed the podium again this time due to a small mistake in the bottom part of the first round, but secured a solid 10th place, while Tina Robnik placed 25th.
