Joshua Sturm surprises with 4th place at Junior World Championships

After a strong second run at the World Junior Ski Championships in Val di Fassa (ITA) the austrian junior racer Joshua Sturm surprisingly placed fourth in the slalom and missed the bronze medal by only 0.31 seconds.

There was a big surprise at the junior world championship in Fassatal, Italy. Newcomer Joshua Sturm nearly made it onto the podium after being nominated for the first time in his career.
Only 0.31 seconds made the difference between him and Sam Maes (BEL). After a momentous mistake in his first run, Joshua gave all he could in his second run and showed flawless skiing. After placing 19th in his first run, he moved up to 4th in his 2nd run.
Keep it up young man!
